The expiration date will be printed on the trays. Every expiration date will be different for each case, as different batches are constantly being produced. Unopened trays do not need to be refrigerated.

I tried several different brands of kitten food and with consistent disappointment watch them sniff and then take their "no thank you bite" They crazy about the IAMS dry food so I took a chance and purchased this one. No more sniffing, they get right into it! The packaging is unique and so easy to open and toss. The portions really are well suited for their age and size. Bravo, IAMS..
My kitten's favorite food!
I adopted another kitten (even though I said I have enough cats) and she really loves this food. I also tried another brand of kitten food, but she just picked at it while she gobbles this up.

Surprisingly not as enticing as I'd expected
I bought this for older cats whom I'm having a hard time getting to eat. I was surprised when they approached the first serving with lower enthusiasm. They eat it, but not nearly as well as I expected for kitten food. Since there are a lot of other good kitten food options available that I know they do like, I likely won't be buying this again, but we'll probably be able to finish the case without a problem.

I've ordered many products from Chewy and I have always been satisfied. Their customer service is outstanding as is their speedy shipping.
Kittens love it
I keep getting asked to review this product, so here it goes. I don't think the food tastes all that great but my kittens love it.
Good food, terrible packaging
My Kittens love this food. They tuck in and gobble it up. They have been healthy and happy with no issues. My biggest complaint is the packaging. I know many people comment that they love the dual side portions. But the foil lid is so hard to pull off I end up spilling portions of the contents. I have also cut my fingers on the foil trying to get the top off a couple of times. I purchased a second case of the food while I look for an alternative. If I find one, I will not purchase this again.

Kitties are so excited for this!
We adopted 2 kitties recently who absolutely run when the Iams Perfect Portions is opened. They then proceed to devour it and lick the plate clean.
Iams Healthy Kitten Pate
The presentation is a formed patty that doesn't smell like anything very good. While my kitten has loved and asks for soft food each morning, she won't even finish this food off.

Solves the problem
My kitten would only eat half of a small can of wet food. I was wasting the 2nd half of the can. I was so happy when i found these perfect portions specifically for kittens. Now when i feed him, he gets a freshly opened portion every time. I only wish there were more flavor choices. Otherwise my little one gobbles it up
